3. Services

cScale Consulting provides strategic advisory, fractional CMO/COO support, operational consulting and related business services.

Services may include go-to-market strategy, business development, organisational design, operational planning, KPI frameworks, team structuring, board and investor communication, marketing coordination and growth support.

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and responsibilities of any engagement will be defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, contract or written agreement.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail.

4. Use of the website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the website to violate laws, interfere with its security or functionality, upload harmful code, copy or exploit its content without permission, send spam, impersonate others, or damage the rights, reputation or interests of cScale Consulting or third parties.

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the website if these Terms are violated.

5. No automatic client relationship

Using this website, submitting a contact form, sending an email or requesting information does not automatically create a client, advisory, fiduciary, employment, partnership or professional relationship.

A client relationship is created only when both parties expressly agree to work together, usually through a written proposal, contract, statement of work or other formal agreement.

6. Website information

The content on this website is provided for general informational and business communication purposes only.

Although we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that website content is complete, current, error-free or suitable for your specific circumstances.

Any examples, descriptions, case studies or statements on the website are illustrative and should not be interpreted as guarantees of specific results.

7. No legal, financial, tax or investment advice

The content on this website does not constitute legal, tax, financial, accounting, investment, regulatory or other regulated professional advice.

Although cScale Consulting may work with companies in fintech, Web3, tokenisation, financial services or related sectors, nothing on this website should be relied upon as investment advice, financial promotion, legal interpretation or regulatory guidance.

You should seek independent professional advice before making decisions with legal, financial, tax, investment or regulatory consequences.

8. Results and client responsibility

cScale Consulting provides strategic, operational and advisory support based on professional experience, available information, client collaboration and the agreed project scope.

However, business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, budget, internal execution, timing, team capabilities, competition and client decisions.

For this reason, we do not guarantee specific commercial, financial, operational, fundraising, marketing, hiring or growth results unless expressly agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, reviewing deliverables, making final business decisions, implementing agreed actions where applicable, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal requirements.

9. Fees, payment and termination

Fees, payment terms, invoicing details, expenses, cancellation rights and termination conditions will be defined in the relevant proposal, contract, statement of work or written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, bank charges or other costs.

Late payments may result in suspension of services, delay in delivery or termination of the engagement.

Where no separate written terms apply, either party may terminate an engagement by giving reasonable written notice. Fees due for work already performed, expenses already incurred or commitments already made shall remain payable, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, images, logos, layouts, service descriptions, frameworks and other materials, is owned by or licensed to cScale Consulting unless otherwise stated.

You may view and use the website for personal or internal business purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, scrape, extract or commercially exploit any website content without prior written permission.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pre-existing materials, frameworks, templates, methods, know-how, processes and tools owned or developed by cScale Consulting remain the property of cScale Consulting.

Client materials, confidential information and pre-existing intellectual property remain the property of the client.

11. Confidentiality

During a business relationship, either party may receive confidential information from the other party.

Confidential information may include business plans, financial information, strategy, client data, operational documents, commercial terms, product information, marketing plans, team information and other non-public information.

Each party agrees to protect confidential information with reasonable care and to use it only for the purposes of the business relationship.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is already public, lawfully known before disclosure, received lawfully from a third party, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law or competent authority.

12. Third-party providers and links

Where third parties are involved in a client project, their role and scope will be agreed where appropriate.
